“I’m learning how to be a working mom. There are a lot of new logistics, and I have to adapt to different time demands and responsibilities. I think I’ll get there. I want to be as present for our players as I’ve always been, and work just as hard. That’s the only way I know how to coach.
Jordan provides a whole new depth to my life, and he is my greatest joy. I will say this, however, and I mean it: I definitely feel like a rookie when it comes to adapting to life with a baby. But in many ways I don’t feel like a first time Mom. I have loved our players as if they were my own children for as long as I can remember.”
